Treatment may include hands-on therapy, exercise prescription, movement retraining, education, and self-management strategies tailored to your individual needs.
Our women’s health services include pregnancy-related musculoskeletal pain, postnatal rehabilitation, pelvic floor dysfunction, urinary incontinence, bowel dysfunction, pelvic pain, and dyspareunia. We are committed to providing evidence-based, patient-centred care to help you reduce pain, restore function, and return to the activities you enjoy with confidence.
